Big hotel talk – Golf course property could host lodging and conference center

The real estate development firm of Koontz McCombs is seeking to bring a hotel with conference space to the company’s Palmilla Beach Resort & Golf Club in Port Aransas, said Bart Koontz, president and CEO of Koontz McCombs.
