Our team will organize your day, your kids, and your comfort. Herein is a team of year-round professionals (20 during high season) dedicated solely to providing you with the ultimate in concierge pampering. Just watch as they whisk away your children to a potato sack race followed by a gelato social and an age-appropriate movie. Exhale while they set up your private cabana with actual privacy curtains and bring you an ice-cold margarita with top shelf tequila, fully dressed and made by a professional bartender.

Lean back against the nicely stuffed lounge cushions that envelope your spine in a gentle hug, inviting your bones to relax into a pillowy cloud, just feet away from the gorgeous tropical landscaping of the main pool. After a while you can pull up a barstool to the poolside paradise, aka Agave Cantina. Did we forget the free popsicles?

You catch the dulcet notes of soft and discreet background music emanating gently from your personal speakers as the palm trees dance in the gentle breeze. You look around nervously. Can this be happening? You  pinch yourself and a welt forms. No, not dreaming. Your server reappears of her own volition, inquiring about whether you are hungry and would like a menu. She smiles at you unprompted and seems sincerely interested in your well-being. It does sound far-fetched, but Palmilla is the place where dreams come true. Palmilla wants to pamper you and make you smile in paradise.

Need a towel? Lotion? Koozie? Have a sudden urge for a beach cover up? Not a problem.

All that is readily available as soon as you walk into the Guest Services building, where Mengdi and her team are waiting to cater to your every whim. They will set you and your family up on the beach with private lounges and umbrellas, bring your lunch down there, and deliver ice-cold drinks to you. Don’t feel like walking to the beach? They will chauffeur you, via beach cart along the Dunes Crossover boardwalk right to the sand. Or they will deliver a beach cart to your door so you can motor around town.

They do movie nights and have theme dinners monthly by the pool, like luau’s, gelato parties, or tailgate BBQ’s. Yoga at the pool, Campfires with s’mores, Wine Down and Painting Wednesdays, pasta bars, burger creation, bingo parties and kid’s crafts. They like to do this stuff. Honestly. No waiting lists just show up.

Hankering for a picnic? Just let them know. Seriously. How about a crab boil and bonfire on the beach? They partner with a company called Rollin Tide Boil Co. and can arrange your private three-hour beach bonfire and crab boil! Lay back in your Adirondack chair and admire the sunset while your toes snuggle in the sand. They do all the cooking while you do all the eating. Potatoes, Vidalia onions, sausage, shrimp, corn, low country Cajun spices, whatever you choose. They have kid-friendly food too and for dessert everyone gets s’mores cooked over the fire or key lime pie. Add a band and beach games like corn hole or giant Jenga. Did we mention we have the only air-conditioned beach restrooms around?

And for those days when you feel more adventurous, Guest Services can arrange deep sea fishing trips, scuba outings, spa days, massages, and tours of Port Aransas. If you can think of it, they can make it real.

All this is for vacationing renters, owners, their families and guests. The smiling team at Palmilla lives for this stuff. (They only request you book beach set ups, beach carts, and pool cabanas in advance because these sell out every weekend and they hate to disappoint guests.)
