During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. Enjoy a designated area at the beach with air-conditioned bathrooms and food services. The current 9-hole course incorporates the best links-style play and winds throughout the Palmilla Beach Resort Community. Palmilla Beach challenges golfers of any skill level with ocean breezes, lush fairways lined with native grasses, and challenging greens. With a variety of tee boxes, the course will fit any player's current game. The stylishly appointed living area features an inviting, beachy color palette. Your family can stretch out on the queen sectional sofa bed and several chairs and watch shows on the 75-inch TV. The spacious and modern kitchen is a chef's dream. Outfitted with a complete set of high-end stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner gas range, the kitchen also has a large island with plenty of counter space for meal prep. All the bedrooms feature TVs, and three have en suite bathrooms stocked with complimentary starter supplies of toiletries and bath amenities. This home features three second-floor balconies. One overlooks the courtyard with a dining table and a seating area. The second is on the opposite side of the house and has seating, while the third includes tall Adirondack chairs. A gas grill and an outdoor shower are located on the patio. Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. City/town permit number: 006764 Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Palmilla Beach Resort Fees & Reservation Policies
Resort Fee: A nightly resort fee applies to each accommodation and helps support resort amenities and services, including resort pools, fitness center access, beach access, and Wi-Fi. The fee varies by unit size and season.
Booking Fee: A booking fee applies to each reservation and supports reservation services and the booking experience. The fee is 9% for stays from November 1 through February 28 and 12% for stays from March 1 through October 31.
Cleaning Fee: A one-time cleaning fee applies to each reservation to cover standard departure cleaning and preparation of the accommodation for the next guest. Cleaning fees vary by unit size and season.
Property Protection Plan: A mandatory, one-time Property Protection Plan fee applies to each reservation and varies by unit size. The plan covers up to $3,000 in accidental damage during your stay and replaces a traditional refundable security deposit. The separate refundable pet deposit still applies to pet-friendly reservations.
Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is guaranteed by 4:00 PM. If your accommodation is ready earlier, we’ll be happy to provide access, but early check-in cannot be guaranteed. Check-out is by 10:00 AM, allowing our housekeeping team time to clean, inspect, and prepare the accommodation for the next guest. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to check in.
Deposit & Payment Policy: A 10% non-refundable deposit is due at booking, based on the total reservation amount, including accommodations, taxes, applicable fees, and any package items. The remaining 90% balance is due 30 days before arrival and will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.
Cancellation Policy: The initial deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited if the reservation is canceled. Once the final balance is collected, the entire reservation is non-refundable.
