On-site amenities include two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season, a newly redesigned 9-hole course, a boardwalk leading straight to the beach, and upscale dining. Experience complete luxury with a beautiful designer decorated two-story house complete with large living areas, sprawling covered decks, and a private patio.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
Full of light and fresh coastal colors, the main living room is furnished with a sofa, comfy chairs, and two 75' Sony LED 4K, UHD smart TVs. The gorgeous open-concept kitchen has everything needed to cook up a feast with a commercial stove, fridge, and ice maker. There’s room for four at the kitchen island, while a wooden dining table offers seating for 10. Thoughtful touches include new Sony TVs in each bedroom. Seashell-themed decor brings a coastal vibe to the spacious master bedroom outfitted with a king canopy bed, chairs, and a 65' Sony UHD smart TV. Two guest bedrooms are each outfitted with a king bed. Little ones will adore the fourth bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. All rooms also come with the added luxury of a bathroom. An additional half bath is located upstairs. Kick back on a sprawling patio or enjoy a glimpse of the Gulf from two decks. Make use of the grill and enjoy an afternoon cookout.

Trailers/boats are not permitted on-site; however, nearby parking is available. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent -- visit the Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla to receive VIP wristbands that allow access to resort amenities. Enjoy a designated area at the beach with air-conditioned bathrooms and food services. For on-site dining, you’ll find the exquisite Black Marlin Seaside Grill, REDS Patio Bar, and the Agave Poolside Cantina. The newly redesigned 9-hole course incorporates the best of true links-style play and winds its way throughout the Palmilla Beach Resort Community. Palmilla Beach challenges golfers of any skill level with ocean breezes, lush fairways lined with native grasses and challenging greens. With a variety of tee boxes, the course will fit any player's current game.
THE LOCATION
With the beach just a boardwalk away, spend lazy days sunbathing, paddling in the Gulf waters, and building epic sandcastles with the kids. Walk to local shops, arrange fishing trips at Private Deep Sea Charters (5-minute drive). Drive 5 minutes to La Barrataria for fabulous bay views and American classics, or take a 7-minute drive to Venetian Hot Plate for traditional Italian dishes.

No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. City/town permit number: 000259 You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Palmilla Beach Resort Fees & Reservation Policies
Resort Fee: A nightly resort fee applies to each accommodation and helps support resort amenities and services, including resort pools, fitness center access, beach access, and Wi-Fi. The fee varies by unit size and season.
Booking Fee: A booking fee applies to each reservation and supports reservation services and the booking experience. The fee is 9% for stays from November 1 through February 28 and 12% for stays from March 1 through October 31.
Cleaning Fee: A one-time cleaning fee applies to each reservation to cover standard departure cleaning and preparation of the accommodation for the next guest. Cleaning fees vary by unit size and season.
Property Protection Plan: A mandatory, one-time Property Protection Plan fee applies to each reservation and varies by unit size. The plan covers up to $3,000 in accidental damage during your stay and replaces a traditional refundable security deposit. The separate refundable pet deposit still applies to pet-friendly reservations.
Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is guaranteed by 4:00 PM. If your accommodation is ready earlier, we’ll be happy to provide access, but early check-in cannot be guaranteed. Check-out is by 10:00 AM, allowing our housekeeping team time to clean, inspect, and prepare the accommodation for the next guest. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to check in.
Deposit & Payment Policy: A 10% non-refundable deposit is due at booking, based on the total reservation amount, including accommodations, taxes, applicable fees, and any package items. The remaining 90% balance is due 30 days before arrival and will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.
