This luxe all-suite property boasts five private outdoor areas paired with views of the fairway, the marina, or the bay! Cruise 5 minutes to downtown dining, shopping, or fishing. A fabulous space for entertaining, the great room showcases vaulted ceilings and nautical decor. Details include a full-size sleeper sofa and a smart TV with a DVD player. Globe pendant lights illuminate the gourmet kitchen, detailed with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a coffee bar with a Keurig. Made for happy hour, a big balcony overlooks the golf course and has a high-top table and bar chairs for views of the golf course. Another furnished balcony overlooks the lawn and golf course, while a third balcony off the kitchen is ideal for sipping drinks while dinner sizzles on the grill. Ground-floor outdoor spaces include a side patio facing the 8th hole and a front porch with lawn access. All of the bedrooms are equipped with a smart TV so everyone can watch their favorite shows as they lounge. They all also include ensuites, with the second primary suite featuring patio access right to the golf course. Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. Enjoy a designated area at the beach with air-conditioned bathrooms and food services. Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s). No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. City/town permit number: 013092 Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Palmilla Beach Resort Fees & Reservation Policies
Resort Fee: A nightly resort fee applies to each accommodation and helps support resort amenities and services, including resort pools, fitness center access, beach access, and Wi-Fi. The fee varies by unit size and season.
Booking Fee: A booking fee applies to each reservation and supports reservation services and the booking experience. The fee is 9% for stays from November 1 through February 28 and 12% for stays from March 1 through October 31.
Cleaning Fee: A one-time cleaning fee applies to each reservation to cover standard departure cleaning and preparation of the accommodation for the next guest. Cleaning fees vary by unit size and season.
Property Protection Plan: A mandatory, one-time Property Protection Plan fee applies to each reservation and varies by unit size. The plan covers up to $3,000 in accidental damage during your stay and replaces a traditional refundable security deposit. The separate refundable pet deposit still applies to pet-friendly reservations.
Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is guaranteed by 4:00 PM. If your accommodation is ready earlier, we’ll be happy to provide access, but early check-in cannot be guaranteed. Check-out is by 10:00 AM, allowing our housekeeping team time to clean, inspect, and prepare the accommodation for the next guest. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to check in.
Deposit & Payment Policy: A 10% non-refundable deposit is due at booking, based on the total reservation amount, including accommodations, taxes, applicable fees, and any package items. The remaining 90% balance is due 30 days before arrival and will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.
Cancellation Policy: The initial deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited if the reservation is canceled. Once the final balance is collected, the entire reservation is non-refundable.
Pet Policy: Pets are welcome only in accommodations specifically designated as pet-friendly. A $150 non-refundable pet fee and $200 refundable pet deposit apply per reservation. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law and are not subject to pet fees or deposits.
