HOW DOES IT WORK
Your Key Credits
Through the partnership with Palmilla Beach, your home will be listed on the THIRDHOME Exchange. You will have a personal account that allows you to book travel using your earned Key Credits.
Booking an Exchange
Trade your Keys for a stay at another member’s property. Simply select an available stay at any of their luxurious properties, pay the nominal exchange fee and receive immediate confirmation.
Turn-Key Service from TurnKey
For Palmilla Beach home owners, management is seamless. THIRDHOME has partnered with TurnKey, Palmilla Beach’s rental management company, to welcome guests to your home, manage their stay and ensure your home’s pristine condition.
Fees Waived and Bonus Key Credits
Members normally pay a one-time $2,500 initiation fee. But if you purchased your Palmilla Beach home from McCombs Properties, your THIRDHOME initiation fee is waived. Plus, you receive 5 extra travel credits (a $7,500 value!).
