Key Responsibilities of the Cook:

• Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.
• Ensure accurate deliveries, stocking and setting up kitchen stations.
• Assist in prepping food for all locations on the property
• Plate food in a consistent and presentable manner
• Work together with the entire F&B staff to complete accurate orders in a timely manner
• Follow all proper hygiene and food safety standards

Minimum Qualifications for the Cook:

• Will train – restaurant cooking experience preferred

Other Qualifications:

• Serv Safe Certified preferred.

Pay Rate: $17 to $20 per hour depending on experience.
