Meet The Cronin Family

The Cronin family love their beach home (IG: @Belle Beach Home) at Palmilla and praise the community’s luxury amenities and easy beach access. Candace Cronin raves, “There is an energy and excitement at Palmilla that we love but also a tranquility in the community, especially in the off-season and we enjoy that as much as the summer season.” After an 11-year tradition of spending family time in Port A, owning their own vacation home is a dream come true. The Cronins have now spent one Christmas and two Spring Breaks at their Palmilla Beach home and have fallen in love with coastal holidaying. From golf to sandcastle building, the main pool with the Agave Cantina, and being within walking distance to REDS outdoor bar, the Cronins and their 4 kids enjoy it all! Brian says he also loves to take the kids to pitch-and-putt on Palmilla’s golf course ‘LOOP’ while Candace raves about the wonderful activities for the family within the community.

They both love their home’s proximity to town and often ride their bikes into Port Aransas on the double-wide sidewalk that stretches along Highway 361; the sidewalk starts right at the Palmilla Beach entrance and leads straight into the town’s center. They love to ride into town and grab a coffee or just soak up the small-town beachy ambiance of Port A. Close proximity to town also means it is a very short golf cart ride along the beach to fun shops, a vintage candy store, ice cream, and many good eats.

Spring Break At Palmilla Beach

Spring Break has become another favorite time of year to be at Palmilla where the buzz of vacationing families and the allure of the sun and sand create a fun energy along with the serenity that comes from escaping the city and embracing the Palmilla Beach resort lifestyle. Finally, the Cronins were eager to share how, when looking for their family’s dream beach home, the on-site Sales Team at Palmilla really sealed the deal for them with their responsiveness, honesty, and lovely Texas charm.
